BREAKING NEWS - Trump & God, Trump Fast Start and J6’ers are Free! AMEN

TRUMP & GOD! (Thank God…)

Donald Trump has made several notable statements regarding God and his belief that divine intervention played a role in his life, particularly in the context of saving America:

  1. Inauguration Speech (2025-01-20): In his inaugural address, Trump stated that he was "saved by God" to "make America great again," suggesting a divine purpose behind his survival and return to the presidency. He expressed that national unity, confidence, and pride were returning to America, inspired by his administration's pursuit of excellence, and he emphasized not forgetting God as part of his vision for the country.

  2. Post-Assassination Attempt (2024-09-02): Following an assassination attempt, Trump suggested that maybe God had a reason for sparing his life, implying that it was to "straighten out our country" because it was "so sick and broken." He mentioned this during a Fox News interview, where he discussed how his sons, who are hunters, believed there was no chance the shooter could have missed from that distance, thus attributing his survival to divine intervention.

  3. Victory Speech (2024-11-06): After winning the election, Trump reiterated that many people had told him that "God spared my life for a reason," which he interpreted as being to "save our country and to restore America to greatness." This was part of his victory speech where he thanked his supporters and outlined his mission to help the country heal and fix issues like border security.

  4. RNC Comments (2024-07-19): At the Republican National Convention, Trump claimed to have felt divine protection during the assassination attempt, stating, "In a certain way I felt very safe because I had God on my side, I felt that." This was part of an event where religious themes were prominent, with Trump's speeches and those of others intertwining political ambitions with religious rhetoric.

Trump's statements consistently weave his political mission with a narrative of divine purpose, suggesting that his survival from various threats and his political comeback are not just coincidences but part of a larger plan by God to use him to restore and lead America. This theme has been a significant part of his public persona, especially highlighted by his supporters and within religious contexts during his political events.

Inauguration:

  • Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States on January 20, 2025, marking him as the second president to serve nonconsecutive terms and the first convicted felon to hold the office.

  • Vice President JD Vance, one of the youngest vice presidents in U.S. history, was sworn in before Trump.

  • In his inaugural speech, Trump echoed themes from his first term, promising to restore American greatness and impose hard-line policies on border and immigration. He also repeated false claims about the election and the January 6 attack.

  • Post-inauguration, Trump addressed supporters at Capital One Arena, where he continued to engage with his base in a rally-like atmosphere.

Key Actions in First Days in Office:

  • Executive Orders: Trump signed a series of executive orders on his first day back in office. These included:

    • Rescinding numerous Biden-era executive actions.

    • Withdrawing from the Paris climate accord, signaling a shift towards pro-fossil fuel policies.

    • Declaring a national energy emergency to boost U.S. energy production.

    • Reinstating the "Remain in Mexico" policy and ending "catch and release" for immigration.

    • Revoking a mandate for federal workers to be vaccinated against Covid-19 and promising backpay for military members discharged over the vaccine mandate.

    • Directing federal agencies to address the cost of living by focusing on reducing costs in housing, healthcare, and essential goods.

    • Halting new regulations until his administration has full control.

    • Revoking Biden's executive order aimed at promoting electric vehicles by 2030.

    • Renaming geographical locations like the Gulf of Mexico to "Gulf of America" and Mount Denali back to Mount McKinley.

  • Pardons: Trump has promised to pardon many of the January 6 defendants, though specific actions on this front were not detailed in the immediate aftermath of his inauguration.

  • Policy Priorities:

    • Trump's administration focused on an "America First" trade policy, aiming to reduce dependency on foreign organizations for U.S. tax policy.

    • He aimed to reform government bureaucracy by freezing hiring in non-essential areas, pausing radical regulations, and improving accountability.

    • Border security was emphasized with plans to end catch-and-release, build the wall, enhance vetting, and use military forces for border security.

    • Trump planned to address the Russia-Ukraine conflict by potentially reducing U.S. support to Ukraine to force a settlement and had intentions to renegotiate trade agreements like the USMCA with Mexico and Canada.

    • There were also mentions of increasing tariffs to boost American manufacturing.

  • Public Reaction: Various political figures and media outlets provided commentary on these actions, with some criticism from Democratic figures regarding the pardons and executive orders, while supporters celebrated the rollback of previous administration's policies.

Bible Message

“Greater” in the Light of Scripture

The word greater echoes across the pages of Scripture, carrying a divine weight that calls us upward, beyond ourselves, into the vast purposes of God. Consider the words of Jesus in John 14:12 (ESV): “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.”

What an overwhelming statement! How could we, frail and flawed, do greater works than Christ Himself? Yet, here is the lesson: the greatness does not lie in us, but in the power of Christ working through us. Jesus, having ascended to the Father, sent the Holy Spirit to dwell within believers, empowering us to extend His kingdom far and wide. The greater works are not in comparison to the majesty of Christ’s sacrifice, but in the scope and reach of the Gospel He entrusted to us.

Throughout Scripture, the theme of greater draws us to trust in God’s promises. 1 John 4:4 reminds us, “He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” No matter how fierce the battle, no matter how dark the night, God’s greatness overwhelms every challenge. His Spirit within us stands unconquerable, reminding us that our strength is in Him alone.

But here is the challenge, dear friends: are we willing to believe in the greater? Are we willing to relinquish our own small plans, our limited perspectives, and step into the vastness of what God wants to accomplish through us? The world needs lives surrendered to the One who is greater.

When we humble ourselves under His mighty hand, when we rely on the Spirit rather than our strength, the greater life promised in Scripture becomes reality—not for our glory, but for His. Let us, therefore, seek to live as vessels of His greatness, proclaiming boldly the Gospel, and letting Christ’s power flow through us to a world in need.

“Greater is He who calls us; greater is His purpose; greater is the victory we have in Him.” Amen.
