My goal in life was to be a professional runner. I'd read the book 'Eat To Win', which had been transformational for me from a running perspective. I learned that whatever I put into my body, fuels my body. I was succeeding as an athlete and I had big dreams.


I was out on a ten-mile training run in snowy Utah when a 4x4 truck hit me in the hip, knocking me out cold. Unconscious on the side of the road, my friend and running partner was able to come and unblock my clogged and bloody throat, saving my life.


I deeply understand pain and suffering, having had to deal with the facial disfiguration my accident caused, as well as getting off the opioid pain medication that I was being prescribed at the time. 


So please join me in this inaugural episode as I share the three secrets to a pain-free life that have, with God's grace, made life really worth living for me.

Bible Message -  "Hope" Jeremiah 29:11

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."


In this verse, we find a tender assurance from God, a promise that He holds our futures and our hopes in His capable hands. 


This verse is not merely a comfort but a profound declaration of God's unwavering plans for our welfare, not our despair. It's a reminder that, even when we're ensnared by life's trials, God's intentions remain good and purposeful.


This promise encourages us to look beyond our immediate struggles, trusting in God's sovereign plan that transcends our understanding. It's about recognizing God's omnipotence and His benevolent designs for us—plans that are for our ultimate good and His glory.
